Check-in is contactless. Instructions and the entry code are provided after the cleaning fee is paid and the required check-in procedures are completed.
For communication, cleaning payment, and receiving instructions, guests are kindly requested to use messenger at the number provided in the booking confirmation.
Guests are advised to contact the property no later than 2–3 days before check-in. Support is available daily until 09:00 PM.
The property features self-check-in with mobile key access. Guests are required to present an original passport upon check-in.
Final cleaning is not included in the accommodation cost and must be paid before check‑in. The cleaning fee is ₽ 1000.00.
For the “Superior Studio” category (bathroom in the room) the cleaning fee is ₽ 1500.00.
A refundable security deposit is also charged at the time of booking and returned after departure subject to a damage inspection.
Pets, parties, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to respect quiet hours and keep all furniture in its original position.
