Remote check-in via electronic locks or key lockboxes is available at the property. Payment upon arrival is accepted via online payment only. On the eve of check-in, guests will receive a link to a special application for payment and verification, where a personal account with instructions and documents will be created. Verification is carried out by collecting passport data through a service registered with Roskomnadzor.
Booking on the day of arrival is possible until 10:00 PM Moscow time. Check-in can be done at any time, provided that the booking is confirmed by the manager before 10:00 PM. After this time, it is impossible to process and arrange check-in.
Accommodation with pets is allowed only by prior agreement and for an additional fee. The breed of the pet must be reported in advance using the contact information from the booking confirmation.
