  Breakfast can be ordered through the receptionist or by contacting the reservations department via the contact information provided in the booking confirmation, no later than 07:00 PM on the day before arrival. Meals are served in a lunchbox. Breakfast is not included in the price for an extra bed and must be paid for on site. The price for breakfast is ₽ 700.00.

  A child aged 0 to 17 stays in an available bed free of charge.

  Guaranteed early check-in is available at the hotel. The fee is 100% of the cost of the night before arrival. Non-guaranteed early check-in is available free of charge from 8:00 AM, subject to availability.

  Late check-out before 05:00 PM incurs a 50% charge. Late check-out after 05:00 PM incurs a 100% charge.

  Pets up to 10 kg are welcome. This service is subject to an additional fee. The rate for a pet up to 5 kg is ₽ 500 per night, while a pet weighing 5 to 10 kg is ₽ 1000 per night.

  A deposit of ₽ 5000 is required upon arrival with a pet. This deposit is refundable provided there are no damages in the room.

  Business travelers will be provided with accounting documents.

  Check-in is until 12:00 AM. After this time, check-in is only possible with a prepayment equal to the first night's stay.

  For reservations of 3 or more rooms, a prepayment of one night is required, and free cancellation policies may vary. For reservations of 7 or more nights, a prepayment equal to the cost of one night's stay is required.

  The property may charge fees for additional services not listed on the website, in accordance with its internal policies. For more details, please contact the reservations department or the administration.

  Guests paying on site must contact us before 03:00 PM to confirm their reservation. Without confirmation, the reservation will be cancelled.
