  Požadavky na dokumenty potřebné při příjezdu závisí na typu ubytování a na příslušných předpisech. V hotelech a jiných ubytovacích zařízeních může být akceptován ruský pas, mezinárodní pas nebo řidičský průkaz. U apartmánů, servisovaných apartmánů a dalších objektů, kde příjezd nebo uzavření smlouvy probíhá podle pravidel konkrétního objektu, požadované dokumenty určuje samotný objekt.

  Breakfast can be ordered through the reception or by contacting the booking department indicated on the booking confirmation no later than 07:00 PM on the day preceding check-in. Meals are provided in the lunch box.

  When booking an extra seat, breakfast is not included in the price and must be paid on site. The cost of breakfast is ₽ 700.00.

  A child aged 0 to 17 years is accommodated in an empty main seat free of charge.

  Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel. The cost is 100% of the cost of the day preceding the arrival.

  The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of rooms.

  Late check-out before 17:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of the day of check-out.

  Late check-out after 17:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of the day of check-out.

  It is possible to accommodate a pet weighing up to 10 kg. This service is paid separately. The cost of accommodation with a pet weighing up to 5 kg is ₽ 500 ₽ per day, with a pet from 5 to 10 kg — ₽ 1000 per day.

  Upon arrival with an animal, a deposit of ₽ 5000 will be charged, which will be refunded provided that nothing is damaged in the room.

  Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.

  Check-in at the hotel is until 00:00. After the specified time, check-in is only possible with an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay.

  When booking 3 or more rooms, an advance payment of one day is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary.

  For bookings from 7 days inclusive, an advance payment is provided in the amount of the cost of one night's stay.

  The accommodation facility, according to its internal rules, may charge for additional services not provided on the site.
