  A deposit of 4,000 ₽ per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

  Check-in from 22:00 to 08:00 is 2500 ₽. Checking in one hour earlier is 1000 ₽. Checking out one hour later costs 1000 ₽ if arranged and paid for no later than the day before departure; if arranged later, the cost is 2000 ₽.

  The cost of staying with pets is 4000 ₽.

  Using the hygiene kit or leaving luggage is 1000 ₽ per service. Using the washing machine (if it is located outside the flat) or calling a manager or technician on request is 2500 ₽ per service.

  The fee for damage, soiling, or loss of property: iron, hairdryer, linen, dishes, keys, code safe, etc. is 2500 ₽ per item. Damage or soiling of interior elements: walls, floor, furniture, curtains, carpet is 4500 ₽ per unit.

  A commission of 1000 ₽ per item is charged when deducting the cost of services from the deposit.

  The linen set for two guests includes 3 towels, a bedsheet, a blanket, and 2 pillows with pillowcases. For three guests, 4 towels, 2 bedsheets, 2 blankets, and 3 pillows with pillowcases are provided.
