U apartmánů, servisovaných apartmánů a dalších objektů, kde příjezd nebo uzavření smlouvy probíhá podle pravidel konkrétního objektu, požadované dokumenty určuje samotný objekt.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to approval and are charged at the daily rate.
Check-in and check-out between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM will incur an additional fee of ₽ 500.00. Check-in and check-out between 12:00 AM and 07:00 AM will incur a fee of ₽ 1000.00.
A passport is required upon check-in to sign the rental agreement.
A security deposit is required and will be returned upon check-out if the terms of the agreement are met. The deposit may be increased on holidays and weekends.
