The building is new, the elevators are still covered with construction film, construction work can be carried out in some apartments during the daytime hours, but the management company carefully monitors compliance with the work order and does not allow violations.
According to the rules of residence, it is not allowed: smoking in any form of any substances (in case of violation, a fine in the amount of the deposit is charged), parties and noisy events, people staying in the room more than stated in the reservation, staying with pets.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee of ₽ 500 per hour after agreement with the manager. Guests must submit a request to add the service 24 hours in advance.
