The facility does not have a central sewer system, so all garbage must be thrown into a bucket and then into a tank on the street. The tank is emptied and cleaned daily.

The minimum rental period is two days, cleaning is included.
Accommodation with pets is negotiated in advance and paid additionally.
The deposit is refunded after cleaning, provided that all property is in place and undamaged, there are no heavy pollution.
