Pets are allowed in the hotel, but there are a few rules:
• the pet must weigh up to 10 kg, the height at the withers must not exceed 40 cm;
• Only one pet can stay in one room;
• a veterinary passport with stamps of all necessary vaccinations is required;
• it is necessary to warn the hotel in advance about the intention to stay with a pet and provide information: breed, age, size, weight, scan of a veterinary passport and other special characteristics, provide information by e-mail, by phone or in the comments to the booking.
When placing a pet in the room, an additional fee (for additional cleaning) in the amount of 5000 ₽ is set for a stay of no more than 7 days, more than 7 days, the surcharge for each subsequent day is 1500 ₽.
To check into the hotel, the guest must present a passport or other identity document at the reception. For example, a migration card, residence permit and temporary residence permit for stateless persons.
The possibility and cost of accommodating additional guests in the room must be confirmed with the hotel in advance.
